By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
Payment can be made by Stripe, PayPal and Bank Transfer. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order. You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours.
All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Caffè Martella, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation.
All orders will be delivered within 7-10 business days. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver the products as quickly as possible and within any timeframes indicated on the Site.
We accept returns of unused and undamaged items within 14 days of the date of delivery. All returns must be authorized by us in advance.
